James Early MD FAAFP believes that listening and caring are two of the best tools needed for providing quality patient care to our family of patients.  Anne J Parker FNPC, Family Nurse Practitioner  joins Dr. Early to provide comprehensive care to all our patients.  Anne brings a variety of experience in caring for patients in  Western North Carolina and looks forward to continuing this care at East Asheville Family Health Care, PA.

Patient Centered Medical Home

East Asheville Family Health Care completed the certification process with the National Committee for Quality Assurance  (NCQA) and achieved the designation of Patient Centered Medical Home Level 3 on January 1, 2012.

This model of care is driving the conversation nationally as the emphasis on improving quality outcomes continues.  As we continue to transition to this model and explore ways to utilize a team approach in caring for patients, we are also aware of the importance of keeping the patient at the center of all we do.  We continue to work hard with our patients and in coordinating the care they receive from other providers to insure the best outcome possible for each patient.
